RPP's grooming director, Marc, has over 15 years of experience. Marc strives for excellence with his own grooming and inspires that in his students too. He is dedicated to providing the highest standard of professional grooming and care for all pets. Students must meet his high standards in grooming and pet care while under his guidance. At RPP, the grooming course is not a textbook and robotic grooming process. Instead, it is a process that combines textbook, theory, methodology, adaptation, hands-on experience, and integrated grooming skills.

The most important criteria to becoming a good groomer is your love for animals and passion towards them. Our objective at RPP is to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and experience to help you become a compassionate, responsible, and creative groomer.

Hands-on experience in dealing with pets, grooming, and customers are all essential in the training process. Lessons and grooming are carried out in an 24-hour fully air-conditioned environment. Students will be exposed to all the daily encounters of dog care and grooming as part of the learning process. All students will receive individualized attention in their development. Hence, students will have the opportunity to apply and improve their skills day-to-day. Industry professionals and instructors may be invited to conduct special classes and seminars.

Students are encourage to attend and, or participate in pet related events, dog shows, and seminars. Self-study to improve one's knowledge and skills is also a crucial part of a student's growth as a groomer. We, at RPP, encourage our students to be more than just a pet groomer; we inspire and encourage them to be living, walking testimonials to genuine pet care and quality professional grooming.
